Requirements

- Experience building and scaling technical communities
- Deep understanding of open-source development and contributor workflows
- Strong familiarity with GitHub-based collaboration models
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating technical content for developer audiences
- Proven ability to build trust with engineers, maintainers, researchers, and community leaders
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the developer community strategy
- Grow contributor participation and foster an inclusive culture
- Serve as a public advocate for OpenClaw and the open-agent ecosystem
- Produce high-quality technical content including tutorials, guides, and documentation
- Establish partnerships with startups, enterprises, and academic institutions
- Launch and manage ambassador programs, hackathons, and mentorship initiatives
- Track key ecosystem metrics and communicate community feedback to leadership
