Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise software training programs.
- Proven ability to design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning solutions.
- Experience creating eLearning content, job aids, reference guides, and other user enablement materials.
- Proficiency with modern instructional authoring tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Organizational Change Management principles and user adoption strategies.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent client engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Information Technology, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Workday training development and delivery experience (preferred).
- Experience supporting Workday in public sector environments (preferred).
- Certification in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or Adult Learning (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Assess organizational training needs across multiple stakeholder groups and user populations.
- Design role-based learning strategies aligned with project objectives and organizational goals.
- Develop comprehensive training curricula and blended learning solutions for ERP implementations.
- Create instructor-led materials, participant guides, eLearning content, and job aids.
- Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training sessions for users at all levels.
- Partner with Organizational Change Management consultants to align learning with change strategies.
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, participation metrics, and adoption indicators.
- Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
