Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing corporate IT infrastructure in a modern, cloud-first environment
- Demonstrated experience building or operating AI-powered systems
- Strong experience with Workato or similar IPaaS solution
- Experience managing MacOS
- Experience managing Okta or similar IDP platforms
- Proven experience managing SaaS ecosystems and identity lifecycle
- Experience working in high-growth or startup environments
- Clear judgment and architectural thinking capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and technical strategy for internal automation systems
- Architect and manage cloud-based infrastructure including compute, networking, storage, and security
- Design and automate onboarding/offboarding workflows, including provisioning and deprovisioning access
- Own the architecture and lifecycle of internal AI tooling from evaluation through deployment, access governance, and deprecation
- Ensure proper access controls, least-privilege principles, and audit readiness across systems
- Establish CI/CD standards and error-handling patterns for automation systems
