Requirements
- 8+ implementations experience of Ironclad, Salesforce Contracts, Conga CLM, or DocuSign CLM/IAM.
- Prior experience as a Solution Architect with Ironclad, Conga CLM, or DocuSign CLM/IAM.
- 5+ years of experience selling and delivering business solutions on the Ironclad, Conga CLM, or DocuSign CLM/IAM platforms.
- 3+ DocuSign and/or Ironclad certifications.
- Demonstrated ability to speak to delivery approaches across different project scales.
- Experience in all phases of services delivery, software development, and testing life cycles.
- Expertise in project delivery, program management, and SDLC.
- Experience managing established technology and product departments with mature program management processes (Agile and Waterfall).
- Track record of writing SOWs, reviewing proposals with clients, and negotiating contracts.
- Expert business operations experience (e.g., invoicing, SOW, margins, utilization).
- Background or relevant education in Operations, Legal, and Contracting.
Responsibilities
- Act as a thought leader and implementer to oversee deliverable quality and manage customer relationships.
- Drive innovation in solution delivery capabilities, methodologies, and reusable assets.
- Provide executive-level business consulting and pre-sales support.
- Collaborate with the Sales team on consulting and pre-sales activities.
- Advise customers on solution trade-offs including business process, architecture, and IT operating models.
- Contribute to leadership, brand advocacy, and company growth.
- Maintain applicable CLM certifications and learn new software within the CLM or Salesforce space.
- Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events.
