Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years proven success in client facing roles such as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead or Senior Consultant.
- 5 years of Salesforce solution design and delivery experience, preferably in a consulting or partner environment.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification.
- 2-3 additional certifications from the following: Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Expertise in data modeling, security and sharing, Flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts including APIs and data imports.
- Experience with agile delivery models and consulting environments.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with tight timelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution discovery and technical design across multiple Salesforce clouds and implementations.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Guide discovery, lead design sessions, and facilitate stakeholder alignment through successful completion of projects.
- Deliver fixed-scope or rapid implementation projects.
- Work as part of a project team alongside both internal and external clients.
- Mentor internal team members and contribute to the technical standards and best practices.
