Requirements
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in a scientific or health-related field.
- 5 years of industry experience in clinical research, including clinical operations in a pharmaceutical company or CRO.
- Working knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and the clinical development process.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven experience in risk management and change management.
- Strong interpersonal skills for team-based leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor staff and hold personnel accountable for goals.
- Excellent time management, negotiation, and critical thinking skills.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a Senior or Principal CTM capacity preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop, mentor, and coach CTMs and PCTMs to improve skillsets and support career development.
- Improve and enhance CTM expectations and procedures to promote quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Resourcing team to manage clinical operations resource allocations.
- Provide developmental and strategic oversight to optimize CTM services and achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure all CTMs have necessary resources, training, and systems access to deliver expected results.
- Monitor adherence to SOPs, working guidelines, project plans, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support, including risk identification, mitigation, and scope definition.
