Requirements
- Full-cycle technical recruiting experience for software, ML, or AI engineers, TPMs, and engineering management.
- Experience working within tech or tech-adjacent environments such as Fintech.
- Proven ability to influence and manage expectations at the hiring manager level.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience selling EVPs and closing in-demand talent.
- Intermediate proficiency in using talent data analytics and market intelligence for hiring decisions.
- Ability to operate effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.
- Proven capability to build and manage pipelines for multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Proficiency in ATS and CRM platforms, candidate relationship management, and AI recruiting tools.
- Ability to evaluate and validate candidate skills within a semi-defined framework.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to engineering and product hiring managers by analyzing talent data and market insights.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for R&D (Product & Technology) roles.
- Guide hiring teams on structured interview plans, skill-based assessments, and bias mitigation.
- Build and maintain relationships with HRBPs, Total Rewards, and Comp teams.
- Utilize AI tools and sourcing techniques to maintain high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Provide a positive candidate experience through clear and values-aligned communication.
- Communicate and negotiate complex offer structures including equity and commission.
