Requirements

  • Full-cycle technical recruiting experience for software, ML/AI engineers, TPMs, and engineering management.
  • Experience within tech or tech-adjacent environments such as Fintech.
  • Proven ability to close in-demand talent and manage complex offer packages.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and negotiation skills to influence hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in talent data analytics and market intelligence for evidence-based hiring.
  • Effective operation in a remote, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to navigate searches across multiple roles with varying levels and urgency.
  • Experience proactively sourcing and building talent pipelines without relying on inbound applications.
  • Proven ability to evaluate and validate candidate skills within a defined framework.
  • Proficiency in ATS/CRM platforms, candidate relationship management, and AI recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to engineering and product hiring managers by analyzing talent insights to set hiring strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for R&D roles, proactively sourcing and hiring qualified talent.
  • Advise hiring teams on structured interview plans, assessment criteria, and bias mitigation.
  • Build collaborative relationships with HRBPs, Total Rewards, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Utilize AI and recruiting tools to stay informed on best practices and emerging workplace trends.
  • Deliver a positive candidate journey through values-aligned communication.
  • Communicate and negotiate offer structures involving equity and variable compensation.
