Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience identifying departmental workflow breakdowns and collaborating with engineering to ship solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering automations, AI workflows, or internal tools.
- Strong instincts for workflow and process design across diverse functions.
- Ability to build trust and influence across different teams and cultures.
- Bias for creating reusable systems rather than one-off heroics.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity within a fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with AI governance concepts such as data classification and human-in-the-loop.
- Background in R&D, product, or engineering operations.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through company teams to map end-to-end workflows and identify high-leverage AI opportunities.
- Design, build, and ship reusable Claude skills, agents, and automations.
- Enable and grow a network of AI champions across the company to maintain workflows.
- Create a shared library of skills, templates, and playbooks to ensure solutions are scalable.
- Partner with security and compliance teams to maintain data-handling and human-in-the-loop standards.
- Measure and report on adoption, time savings, and overall workflow outcomes.
