Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience identifying workflow breakdowns and collaborating with engineering to ship solutions.
- Proven experience building automations, AI workflows, or internal tools that achieved team adoption.
- Strong instincts for workflow and process design.
- Demonstrated ability to map complex operating models and redesign them effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and persuade skeptical teams.
- Preference for building scalable, reusable systems over bespoke, short-term fixes.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity within a fast-moving environment.
- Experience with enablement, center-of-excellence, or champion-network models (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with AI governance concepts such as data classification and security reviews (nice-to-have).
- Exposure to AI-native operating models in software organizations (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Embed in teams across the company to map current-state workflows and identify high-leverage AI opportunities.
- Design, build, and ship reusable Claude skills, agents, and automations.
- Identify and enable AI champions within teams to maintain and evangelize workflows.
- Create shared libraries of skills, templates, and playbooks to turn individual wins into company-wide patterns.
- Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure all builds meet data-handling and human-in-the-loop standards.
- Measure and report on adoption metrics, time saved, and overall workflow outcomes.
