Requirements
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- State licensure in the state of residence and service delivery.
- 1+ years of BCBA experience preferred.
- Experience with telehealth service delivery strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must reside in the same state as the caseload supported.
- Ability to travel to assigned locations at least once per month.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote clinical supervision and guidance to ABA programs across multiple locations.
- Support temporary and shared caseloads to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with onsite clinical and operations teams to maintain treatment quality.
- Conduct virtual parent trainings, staff trainings, and supervision sessions.
- Review and provide feedback on treatment plans, behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and progress reports.
- Travel to assigned locations at least once per month for in-person supervision and team support.
- Assist with coverage needs, program transitions, and center openings.
