Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of direct, hands-on production experience building autonomous workflows, custom tools, and agentic systems.
- Proven ability to judge technical debt and design clean API boundaries.
- Deep familiarity with diverse LLMs and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Prior early-stage startup experience.
- Proficiency in Python or Go with a grasp of distributed backend systems.
- Deep, everyday proficiency using AI coding tools like Cursor or Copilot.
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced execution.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy production-grade multi-agent frameworks, complex orchestration layers, and custom AI developer tooling.
- Navigate the tension between rapid prototyping and long-term sustainability to balance speed and scale.
- Integrate and optimize commercial and open-source large language models for specific agentic behaviors.
- Leverage advanced AI coding tools to maximize velocity and establish engineering best practices.
- Implement frameworks for benchmarking, prompt engineering, and evaluating agent reliability, latency, and accuracy.
- Set engineering standards for code quality and performance while mentoring engineers.
