Requirements
- 8-10 years of professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles driving technical project leadership in an enterprise setting.
- Background in enterprise healthcare systems, digital consumer payments, backend payment processing, or Electronic Health Record (EHR) companies.
- Comfort working with data structures, relational databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- High proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with Python is preferred.
- Experience with API integrations is preferred.
- Effective and credible at leading outcomes-focused client conversations.
- Experience communicating technical and business requirements to engineering teams.
- Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical and operational discovery with clients to define requirements, dependencies, and implementation risks.
- Translate client data structures and file formats into Cedar’s infrastructure, schemas, and integration design.
- Lead data validation and UAT efforts to identify root causes, resolve data mismatches, transformation issues, and load failures.
- Communicate complex concepts regarding networking, security, change approval processes, and user authentication.
- Manage multi-threaded, complex projects and report progress against goals and milestones.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to internal engineering, account management, and product teams.
