Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Several years of professional experience in strategic and operational controlling or a comparable finance-related environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for data and numbers.
- Technical understanding and the ability to analyze complex relationships in a structured manner.
- Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent German skills (C2 level).
- Very good English skills (at least B2 level) in both written and spoken form.
- Independent working style, high motivation, and a distinct team spirit.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany, especially between Hamburg, Hannover, Berlin, and Wolfsburg.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial controlling and development of new business areas in Autonomous Driving (AD), Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS), and Transport-as-a-Service (TaaS).
- Lead strategic finance projects with international relevance.
- Develop sound business cases and conduct profitability analyses.
- Model and evaluate complex scenarios to support strategic decisions.
- Prepare decision-relevant documentation for the board and management.
- Drive digitalization initiatives within controlling and continuously develop existing processes.
