Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, including Digital Contact Centre platform and CX solutions.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or comparable data integration and visualization platforms.
- Demonstrated success in client-facing roles and complex project delivery in consulting environments.
- Familiarity with Azure stack technologies, API integrations, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Proficiency in low-code/no-code development for rapid solution delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect Expert) certification is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Previous consulting experience in the EMEA region or with global clients.
Responsibilities
- Leverage design thinking to architect scalable solutions using Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 CE and Digital Contact Centre platform, delivering product demos.
- Lead client workshops to gather business requirements and create Solution, Functional, and Technical specifications.
- Design data pipelines, analytics, and reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric and integrate them with Dynamics 365 CE.
- Guide solution deployment while ensuring secure integrations and adherence to governance best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate within cross-functional teams to exceed client expectations.
