- Own and deliver against the department’s output targets with department team.
- Support department’s sales target via collaboration with business development team.
- Collaborate with both business development and sales teams to shape proposals and respond to RFPs.
- Lead solution design and technical input during pre-sales engagements, supporting existing business development pre-sales.
- Represent our Microsoft practice in client meetings, pitches, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Microsoft, and other strategic partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
- Ensure client satisfaction and long-term value through high-impact solution delivery.
- Support the Operations Director to drive the Microsoft platforms strategy in alignment with organisational goals.
- Ensure technical governance, security, and compliance across all Microsoft technologies.
- Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex technical issues from within the department’s teams and projects.
- Mentor and develop internal talent within our Microsoft practice and work alongside the Operations Director on performance reviews.
- Promote continuous learning and Microsoft certification across the team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
