Requirements
- 15+ years of total marketing experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role (VP or above).
- Full professional fluency in French and English.
- Proven track record of building a marketing function in a scale-up environment.
- Direct experience navigating both European and US market dynamics.
- Expertise in owning brand strategy and performance marketing simultaneously.
- Strong commercial acumen regarding pipeline, revenue cycles, and enterprise sales.
- Strong understanding of AdTech, programmatic, SSP, DSP, and cookieless environments.
- Experience launching a brand in a new geography without a local team.
- Ability to work effectively in a product-led or engineering-led organization.
Responsibilities
- Define and operationalize Sparteo's brand strategy across all markets.
- Design the US brand entry strategy, including positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
- Partner with Product and Sales to translate technical capabilities into go-to-market narratives.
- Own the marketing tech stack, including CRM integration, marketing automation, and attribution.
- Design and execute a full-funnel growth strategy with clear KPIs.
- Lead and scale the marketing team, defining the operating model, OKRs, and budget.
- Drive thought leadership strategy, including industry events, earned media, and executive visibility.
