  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role (VP or above).
  • Full professional fluency in French and English.
  • Proven track record of building a marketing function in a scale-up environment.
  • Direct experience navigating both European and US market dynamics.
  • Expertise in owning brand strategy and performance marketing simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial acumen regarding pipeline, revenue cycles, and enterprise sales.
  • Strong understanding of AdTech, programmatic, SSP, DSP, and cookieless environments.
  • Experience launching a brand in a new geography without a local team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a product-led or engineering-led organization.

Responsibilities

  • Define and operationalize Sparteo's brand strategy across all markets.
  • Design the US brand entry strategy, including positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  • Partner with Product and Sales to translate technical capabilities into go-to-market narratives.
  • Own the marketing tech stack, including CRM integration, marketing automation, and attribution.
  • Design and execute a full-funnel growth strategy with clear KPIs.
  • Lead and scale the marketing team, defining the operating model, OKRs, and budget.
  • Drive thought leadership strategy, including industry events, earned media, and executive visibility.
