Requirements
- Senior Product Manager or Head of Product level experience.
- Proven experience owning large, strategic product areas.
- Exceptional ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear, defensible frameworks.
- Strong commercial and business thinking, connecting decisions to revenue outcomes.
- Experience working in both large enterprise and startup-stage companies.
- Comfort and success operating as an individual contributor without direct reports.
- Experience collaborating with GTM (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) and influencing without authority.
- Fluent English (C1+) and Russian language skills.
- Comfort operating in a fast-scaling environment with limited defined processes.
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term product strategy for your domain within Core Markets, from research through to execution.
- Synthesize customer and market signals into rigorous, evidence-backed arguments for leadership.
- Partner with GTM teams to analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
- Identify and size high-impact product bets, presenting hypotheses and findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to set strategic direction while operating as an individual contributor.
- Build comprehensive business cases covering TAM, revenue potential, risk, and prioritization.
