Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an account management or customer success role supporting large or complex accounts.
  • Proven experience in a healthcare, medical device, or biotechnology environment.
  • Self-directed and proactive work style.
  • Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with business tools including CRM (Salesforce), reporting, and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptionally collaborative, responsive, flexible, and adaptive.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically partner with the Sales organization to ensure the success of customers and patients within the large account segment.
  • Drive account performance by monitoring key metrics including registration volume, device inventory management, customer satisfaction, and workflow efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for customers and liaison with internal teams like billing, clinical operations, and legal.
  • Train customers on proprietary service tools including ZioSuite and MyZio.
  • Provide continuous evaluation of customer workflows and suggest process improvements.
  • Manage onboarding and support for assigned accounts.
  • Attend and support key customer meetings and quarterly business reviews.
  • Lead or participate in strategic initiatives for assigned accounts.
