Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an account management or customer success role supporting large or complex accounts.
- Proven experience in a healthcare, medical device, or biotechnology environment.
- Self-directed and proactive work style.
- Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.
- Proven multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with business tools including CRM (Salesforce), reporting, and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptionally collaborative, responsive, flexible, and adaptive.
- Must be willing to travel up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Strategically partner with the Sales organization to ensure the success of customers and patients within the large account segment.
- Drive account performance by monitoring key metrics including registration volume, device inventory management, customer satisfaction, and workflow efficiency.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customers and liaison with internal teams like billing, clinical operations, and legal.
- Train customers on proprietary service tools including ZioSuite and MyZio.
- Provide continuous evaluation of customer workflows and suggest process improvements.
- Manage onboarding and support for assigned accounts.
- Attend and support key customer meetings and quarterly business reviews.
- Lead or participate in strategic initiatives for assigned accounts.
