Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Designer in digital products.
- Solid experience working end-to-end with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
- Autonomy in solving medium-to-high complexity problems by structuring hypotheses and success criteria.
- Strong repertoire in information architecture, workflows, and complex user journeys.
- Expertise in designing robust interfaces including states, permissions, responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Proficiency in qualitative research, usability testing, and hypothesis validation.
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to support design decisions.
- Strong communication and documentation skills for stakeholder alignment and efficient handoffs.
- Maturity to navigate ambiguous contexts ranging from zero-to-one building to legacy product evolution.
Responsibilities
- Map, design, and evolve complex workflows for contracts, collections, payments, and financial routines.
- Transform intricate financial, tax, and operational rules into simple, reliable, and scalable user experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and robust interfaces for validation and implementation.
- Conduct discovery, user interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis with real estate customers.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver viable, well-implemented solutions aligned with business strategy.
- Identify opportunities to integrate Loft's financial solutions into the ERP journey.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize improvements and measure impact.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and documentation.
