- Several years of experience in a marketing leadership role within a digital, SaaS, or technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience in a fast-growing, scaling company (Scale-up environment).
- Strong understanding of digital business models.
- Hands-on expertise in brand building, performance marketing, and demand generation.
- Solid experience in content, PR, SEO, GEO, social media, and organic growth.
- Strong analytical skills with creative, solution-oriented thinking.
- Confident use of modern marketing and AI tools.
- Fluent English and good German skills.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digitalization, or equivalent relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a scalable marketing and go-to-market strategy for multiple European markets.
- Position, launch, and scale strategic product and solution offerings.
- Translate company strategy into clear marketing objectives, KPIs, and roadmaps.
- Own brand building, content strategy, demand generation, and awareness across the full funnel.
- Align Marketing and Sales processes, messaging, and targets, ensuring a smooth handover of leads.
- Lead, coach, and develop a small Marketing & Sales team.
- Manage external partners, agencies, and freelancers.
- Leverage data- and AI-driven methodologies to improve performance.
