- Working knowledge of conventional mortgage products.
- Knowledge of FHA and VA loan programs.
- Experience with Jumbo Portfolio loans.
- Understanding of non-QM loan products.
- Excellent communication skills via phone and email.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently.
- Self-motivated professional approach.

- Manage a steady flow of inbound, pre-qualified borrower leads.
- Handle residential mortgage loan originations.
- Manage individual pipeline independently.
