Requirements

  • Valid insurance license(s) in the states where you will sell or willingness to obtain.
  • Previous experience in insurance sales, financial services, or similar consultative/commission-based sales roles preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including rapport-building and communication.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time, leads, and pipeline.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to track metrics.
  • Comfort with virtual sales tools (phone, video calls, digital quoting).
  • Ability to adapt to changing regulatory and market conditions.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and entrepreneurial approach.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients via direct outreach, referrals, networking, and lead systems.
  • Represent the full suite of insurance and financial protection products.
  • Meet with clients virtually or in-person to assess needs and explain solutions.
  • Handle objections and close sales to meet performance targets.
  • Maintain proper licensing and regulatory compliance.
  • Use company-provided tools to manage pipeline, generate quotes, and track performance.
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance improvement programs.
