Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license.
- Active Life and Health insurance license.
- Experience handling inbound lead flow (preferred).
- Experience advising clients on insurance coverage (preferred).
- Experience closing insurance sales (preferred).
- Experience working with agency-provided leads (preferred).
- Openness to mentorship and ongoing sales training (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Sell Property & Casualty (P&C) policies, including auto, home, renters, and umbrella insurance.
- Sell Life & Health (L&H) policies, such as term life, whole life, final expense, and supplemental health coverage.
- Engage with prospective clients using agency-provided quality leads to drive new business.
- Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and achieve production targets aligned with your active license line.
- Collaborate with agency leadership and participate in ongoing sales training and mentorship programs.
