Requirements

- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience applying holistic, strategic thinking and business goals to design work.
- Experience using Generative AI tools to accelerate sketching and concept ideation.
- Experience translating customer needs into design for technical team members.
- Experience transitioning between multiple topics and design aesthetics.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction/Visual Design, Human Factors, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI, mobile screens, and prototypes.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Create User Interaction task flows, mock-ups, storyboards, and prototypes.
- Apply usability and human factors knowledge to create intuitive user experiences.
- Assist in pre and post-development usability testing.
- Create and maintain project and system design artifacts.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure feature implementation matches specifications.
- Ensure consistent user experience across web and mobile platforms.
- Design interactions for remote monitoring and control of autonomous machines.
- Develop and implement process improvements.
