Requirements
- 3+ years of experience running complex, multi-stakeholder projects or programs.
- Founding or early-team experience in a fast-moving, high-performing environment.
- Exceptional written and visual communication skills, including ability to draft press releases and create slide decks.
- Experience using AI tools and project management software (e.g., Claude, Asana) as core work components.
- Baseline technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering and product teams.
- Ability to inherit and validate existing plans, benchmarks, and assumptions.
- Experience reading program data, dashboards, or pipelines to identify and escalate risks.
- Ability to work in a high-growth environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the master program plan across all Claude Corps workstreams, maintaining accurate status and risk tracking.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external partners including Anthropic, host organizations, and fund managers.
- Run planning meetings, status updates, and stakeholder check-ins to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Produce executive-level reporting for the Office of the CEO and clear status updates for internal teams.
- Design and codify lightweight systems and processes to allow the program to scale efficiently.
- Clear blockers and escalate critical decisions to appropriate owners.
