Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain Analyst, Purchasing Analyst, Inventory Analyst, or similar analytical role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including complex formulas and large dataset analysis.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills to provide actionable business insights.
- Experience using ERP systems for extracting and reporting on supply chain data.
- Experience in at least one supply chain function: forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, or replenishment planning.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to validate data accuracy and proactively provide recommendations.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using Acumatica ERP is a plus.
- Vendor management experience is a plus.
- Experience working in the eCommerce industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Integrate and maintain vendor stock levels into ERP and web management systems.
- Establish and analyze KPIs for suppliers and the overall purchasing process.
- Analyze vendor spend data to identify opportunities for strategic purchasing and cost savings.
- Create and execute RFPs using data-driven insights.
- Consolidate commodity part numbers across different vendors and reconcile components.
- Audit and update inventory status, reorder rules, and standards within ERP systems.
- Analyze the correlation between inventory levels, sales velocity, and marketing traffic to identify trends.
