Requirements
- 4-10 years of experience in architecting or engineering AI-powered systems.
- Expertise in LLM-based applications.
- Proficiency in Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Experience with vector databases.
- Knowledge of agentic workflows.
- Experience with Python-based AI stacks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Ability to design flexible and modular architectures.
- Experience reviewing and validating multi-component solutions (data ingestion, ETL, AI layer, UI/UX).
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on pragmatic solutions.
- Ability to work across time zones with U.S. partners.
- Capability to support multiple pods simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end architectures for GenAI/LLM-based solutions across 100+ use cases.
- Review requirements and business architecture documents to create actionable solution designs.
- Collaborate with TPMs and engineering teams to guide implementation and troubleshoot risks.
- Create scalable, repeatable solution patterns for reuse across pods and industries.
- Balance speed and formality while contributing to future standardization.
- Support multi-shipment planning and feasibility assessments from POC to MVP.
- Participate in an architecture guild or committee to define standards.
