Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree (Ph.D., MD, or PharmD) preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a medical communications agency setting (or equivalent).
- Expert writing and editorial skills with medical terminology expertise.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver a quick turnaround on a variety of tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Internet research platforms.
- Proactive, resourcefulness, and strong prioritization skills.
Responsibilities
- Compile, write, and edit medical deliverables based on product and therapeutic area knowledge.
- Interact with internal teams and clients to meet strategic objectives.
- Manage multiple accounts from a scientific perspective in collaboration with the Associate Medical Director.
- Participate in strategic planning and project meetings.
- Identify and communicate medical-regulatory milestones and recommend new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Editorial team to ensure stylistic and grammatical accuracy.
