Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in software/digital products.
- 2-3 years of specific experience building or scaling App Marketplaces in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of growing GMV, managing P&L, or driving revenue through 3rd-party ecosystem monetization.
- Deep understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication (OAuth), and developer experience.
- Proven ability to own product strategy at a senior/IC level (Principal or equivalent).
- Analytical mindset with experience working with complex datasets and experiments.
- B2B SaaS platform experience preferred.
- Technical background or CS degree preferred.
- Experience with multi-region/global marketplace rollouts preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the long-term vision and strategy for the App Marketplace.
- Execute strategies to grow GMV, optimize monetization models, and manage partner billing/payout infrastructure.
- Design and deliver developer capabilities including SDKs, API documentation, and developer portals.
- Establish app review processes, security standards, and governance policies.
- Optimize user discovery, search algorithms, and installation flows.
- Partner with engineering to prioritize platform-level features like webhooks and UI integrations.
- Mentor other product managers and act as a thought leader in platform economics.
