Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Working to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work within deadlines and complete work in a timely manner.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work irregular hours, such as nights, weekends, or after hours, when required.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for deal onboarding inquiries related to the Shareholder Representative Services product.
  • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with sell or buy-side M&A attorneys for post-closing follow-ups.
  • Perform wire callback verification for SRS Acquiom products.
  • Track all pending and closed transactions and assist with executing agreements.
  • Onboard new deals by collecting M&A documents and materials and uploading them into the system of record.
  • Collect fees and funding from the closing of M&A transactions.
  • Complete full reconciliations by comparing system records to reporting to ensure no tasks are missed.
  • Collaborate with internal groups to ensure fees and wires are routed appropriately.
