Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
- Working to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work within deadlines and complete work in a timely manner.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work irregular hours, such as nights, weekends, or after hours, when required.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for deal onboarding inquiries related to the Shareholder Representative Services product.
- Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with sell or buy-side M&A attorneys for post-closing follow-ups.
- Perform wire callback verification for SRS Acquiom products.
- Track all pending and closed transactions and assist with executing agreements.
- Onboard new deals by collecting M&A documents and materials and uploading them into the system of record.
- Collect fees and funding from the closing of M&A transactions.
- Complete full reconciliations by comparing system records to reporting to ensure no tasks are missed.
- Collaborate with internal groups to ensure fees and wires are routed appropriately.
