Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Working to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel to the corporate office in Denver, Colorado (approx. 3 times per year).
- Ability to work irregular hours, such as nights or weekends, if required.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for deal onboarding inquiries related to the Shareholder Representative Services product.
- Communicate effectively with sell or buy-side M&A attorneys for post-closing follow-ups.
- Perform wire callback verification for company products.
- Track all pending and closed transactions and assist with executing agreements.
- Onboard new deals by collecting M&A documents and materials for the system of record.
- Collect fees and funding from the closing of M&A transactions.
- Respond to client questions regarding accounts and post-closing issues.
- Complete full reconciliations by comparing system records to reporting.
- Compile, analyze, and send reports to senior leadership.
