Requirements
- 1 year of software quality assurance experience as an intern or associate consultant
- General understanding of the Salesforce platform
- BS in Engineering, CS, Information Systems, Math, or equivalent experience
- Salesforce Admin certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Participate in project team meetings
- Assess requirements or features to identify areas to test
- Create testing plans and write clear test scripts
- Execute test scripts and log issues/results in a test management system
- Work through all phases of testing including functional, system, integration, and user acceptance
- Publish test status reports
- Provide functionality input to project teams during the project lifecycle
- Interact and communicate with development and customer teams
- Learn new solutions, clouds, and testing platforms
- Assist customers in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed
