Requirements
- Around 1 year of software quality assurance experience through internships or an associate-level QA role.
- General understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective testing approaches.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and communicate findings clearly.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Participate in project meetings and collaborate with project teams to understand business requirements and testing objectives.
- Review features and requirements to identify testing needs, risks, and validation scenarios.
- Create detailed testing plans, test cases, and clear test scripts aligned with project goals.
- Execute functional, system, integration, and user acceptance testing throughout different project phases.
- Document defects, track testing results, and maintain accurate records using test management systems.
- Prepare and share test status reports, highlighting progress, issues, and recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with development teams and customers to resolve issues and ensure successful testing outcomes.
- Support customer user acceptance testing activities when required.
