Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of dedicated Salesforce development and architecture experience.
- Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Billing.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
- Deep knowledge of CPQ processes, payment integrations, and ERP synchronization.
- Advanced experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and event-driven architectures.
- Strong DevOps experience with CI/CD tools like Copado, Salto, Gearset, or Jenkins.
- Expert understanding of security architecture, encryption, and large data volume management.
- Experience mentoring developers and managing technical debt.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own overall technical architecture and governance of the Salesforce platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Define and enforce development standards, design patterns, and CI/CD practices.
- Architect solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Billing environments.
- Manage security architecture including data-sharing models and encryption strategies.
- Design enterprise integration architectures using middleware and APIs.
- Mentor developers and lead technical design reviews.
- Partner with product, finance, and executive stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
