Requirements
- 12+ years of related work experience.
- Prior commercial training and development experience in the oncology space.
- Experience in small to midsize biotech organization.
- Prior and recent commercial field experience.
- Experience promoting or training on an oral oncolytic.
- Demonstrated success managing many projects simultaneously in a fast-growing environment.
- Strong organization, planning, project management, technical, and analytical skills.
- Highly flexible and agile with the ability to work with ambiguity.
- Proven effectiveness in highly collaborative and cross-functional working environments.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive, multi-tiered lung training curriculum focused on tumor biology, clinical acumen, sales excellence, and marketing excellence.
- Develop a comprehensive, multi-tiered curriculum focused on leadership development.
- Incorporate industry insights and innovative approaches to training and development curricula.
- Collaborate with the field advisory sales team and department stakeholders to identify training and development needs.
- Facilitate high-impact training and development sessions and workshops.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and training programs for the Commercial Team.
- Implement robust methods for evaluating training effectiveness, including participant feedback and assessment results.
- Collaborate with the Medical, Legal & Regulatory (MLR) process and field representatives to address capability gaps.
