Requirements

  • Prior commercial training and development experience in the oncology space.
  • Experience in small to midsize biotech organization.
  • Prior and recent commercial field experience.
  • Experience promoting or training on an oral oncolytic.
  • Demonstrated success managing many projects simultaneously in a fast-growing environment.
  • Strong organization, planning, project management, technical, and analytical skills.
  • Highly flexible and agile with the ability to work with ambiguity.
  • Proven effectiveness in highly collaborative and cross-functional working environments.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive, multi-tiered lung training curriculum focused on tumor biology, clinical acumen, sales excellence, and marketing excellence.
  • Develop a comprehensive, multi-tiered curriculum focused on leadership development.
  • Incorporate industry insights and innovative approaches to training and development curricula.
  • Collaborate with the field advisory sales team and department stakeholders to identify training and development needs.
  • Facilitate high-impact training and development sessions and workshops.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and training programs for the Commercial Team.
  • Implement robust methods for evaluating training effectiveness, including participant feedback and assessment results.
  • Collaborate with the Medical, Legal & Regulatory (MLR) process and field representatives to address capability gaps.
