Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, product training, sales enablement, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning programs.
  • Strong background in developing technical, commercial, or product-focused training content.
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and modern learning technologies.
  • Experience administering learning management systems and creating digital learning resources.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Experience evaluating learning effectiveness and applying data-driven improvements.
  • Experience within industrial, manufacturing, safety, or other technical B2B environments is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a commercial learning and enablement strategy aligned with business goals and commercial priorities.
  • Design, maintain, and continuously improve onboarding programs, certification paths, ongoing education, and new product training initiatives.
  • Create engaging learning content across multiple formats, including instructor-led training, virtual sessions, eLearning modules, videos, presentations, job aids, and sales enablement materials.
  • Deliver effective learning experiences through classroom, virtual, and self-paced training tailored to different audiences and learning objectives.
  • Develop training focused on product knowledge, commercial capabilities, value proposition, go-to-market strategy, and customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize the organization's learning management system (LMS) and related learning technologies.
  • Measure training effectiveness through learner feedback, completion metrics, and business performance data, using insights to continuously enhance learning programs.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and support product launches and commercial initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring consistent, high-quality learning experiences across the organization.
