Requirements

  • 5+ years of inventory accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with contract manufacturing reporting, data entry, and reconciliation to ERP systems.
  • Strong comprehension of inventory movements/flows and financial recognition (e.g., COGS, WIP, finished goods).
  • Understanding and hands-on application of production activities and build assemblies, including Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Experience with prepaid supplier invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor statement reconciliation.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including handling large datasets and complex reconciliations.
  • Experience utilizing and navigating D365 and Exflow.
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and reconcile contract manufacturing activity, including production runs and cost details.
  • Process product receipts based on vendor reporting for production order completions.
  • Track and analyze inventory movements and ensure proper financial recognition.
  • Support production activities and build assembly transactions, ensuring BOM accuracy.
  • Process prepaid supplier invoices and purchase orders, performing vendor statement reconciliations.
  • Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies, recommending and implementing corrective actions.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to maintain inventory data alignment.
  • Provide general inventory accounting support and ad hoc analysis.
