Requirements

  • 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a consultative pre-sales role within enterprise SaaS.
  • Hands-on familiarity with REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
  • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI agents, and agentic integration patterns.
  • Experience managing security questionnaires, InfoSec reviews, and compliance processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills to translate technical architecture into business value.
  • Ability to lead customer meetings independently and command a room.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root problems beyond surface-level requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales to lead multi-stakeholder discovery across technical, marketing, and executive audiences.
  • Map complex organizational structures, workflows, and integration landscapes to architect tailored platform solutions.
  • Design and deliver high-impact product demonstrations, custom workshops, and white-glove trials.
  • Serve as the technical authority on platform APIs (REST/GraphQL), architecture, data model, and integration frameworks.
  • Articulate AI/ML capabilities and how intelligent features drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Own and drive security questionnaires, InfoSec reviews, and compliance documentation.
  • Develop account-specific presentations and collateral for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop differentiated RFP/RFI/security questionnaire responses.
