- Proficiency with ATS platforms for tracking candidates throughout the recruitment life cycle.
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics, trends and KPIs to optimize hiring processes.
- Experience in managing multiple recruitment projects, timelines and stakeholders.
- Excellent English language skills for meetings, customer calls and business communications.
- CV must be submitted in English.
Responsibilities
- Interview candidates across all seniority levels and regions, evaluating technical and soft-skills requirements.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and cultural fit.
- Build relationships with hiring managers to ensure an efficient, high-quality process.
- Leverage marketing expertise to develop regional and global recruiting initiatives.
- Track and analyze recruitment data and propose solutions based on the relevant metrics.
- Suggest and implement improvements along the entire recruiting process.
