  • Experience in managing multiple recruitment projects, timelines and stakeholders.
  • Excellent English language skills for meetings, customer calls and business communications.
  • CV must be submitted in English.

  • Interview candidates across all seniority levels and regions, evaluating technical and soft-skills requirements.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and cultural fit.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to ensure an efficient, high-quality process.
  • Leverage marketing expertise to develop regional and global recruiting initiatives.
  • Track and analyze recruitment data and propose solutions based on the relevant metrics.
  • Suggest and implement improvements along the entire recruiting process.
