Requirements
- Proven experience managing TikTok Shop brands at $500K/month+ revenue.
- Background in 7–9 figure e-commerce businesses in health, beauty, or skincare.
- Deep understanding of content virality and direct response copywriting.
- Expertise in building relationships with creators and partners.
- Strong project management skills to lead multiple teams and agencies.
- Ability to be a hands-on operator while maintaining high-level strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and high performance in team leadership.
- High attention to detail and personal standards.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, manage, and build relationships with top creators, agencies, TSPs, and TAPs.
- Oversee all live operations, expanding both in-house and through partner agencies.
- Manage internal teams including editors, copywriters, creative strategists, and media buyers.
- Own the TikTok Shop P&L with GMV growth as the primary KPI.
- Drive new product launches and ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
- Manage projects across internal managers, creator groups, and agencies.
- Execute growth initiatives including CRO tests, price optimizations, and subscription strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with TikTok Shop representatives to secure platform advantages.
