Requirements

  • Background in 7–9 figure e-commerce businesses in health, beauty, or skincare.
  • Deep understanding of content virality and direct response copywriting.
  • Expertise in building relationships with creators and partners.
  • Strong project management skills to lead multiple teams and agencies.
  • Ability to be a hands-on operator while maintaining high-level strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and high performance in team leadership.
  • High attention to detail and personal standards.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, manage, and build relationships with top creators, agencies, TSPs, and TAPs.
  • Oversee all live operations, expanding both in-house and through partner agencies.
  • Manage internal teams including editors, copywriters, creative strategists, and media buyers.
  • Own the TikTok Shop P&L with GMV growth as the primary KPI.
  • Drive new product launches and ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
  • Manage projects across internal managers, creator groups, and agencies.
  • Execute growth initiatives including CRO tests, price optimizations, and subscription strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with TikTok Shop representatives to secure platform advantages.
