Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of progressive experience in program controls, project controls, or project management within large-scale infrastructure, data center, or mission-critical environments.
Demonstrated experience managing cost and schedule controls across multi-project, multi-market programs.
Expertise in preconstruction planning, cost management, scheduling, change management, and contract administration.
Proficiency in program controls and project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, and cost management systems.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams and influence across organizational boundaries.

Develop and scale a comprehensive, repeatable program controls framework encompassing preconstruction, cost, schedule, risk, change, and contract management.
Partner with the Chief Development Officer and executive leadership to align program controls strategy with corporate growth, capital deployment, and risk objectives.
Lead program-level preconstruction planning, including development of baseline budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
Oversee cost reporting accuracy, consistency, and change management processes across all projects.
Establish and maintain program-level scheduling standards, including master schedules, milestone tracking, and critical path analysis.
Define, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and executive-level dashboards.
Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of program controls systems and tools.
