Requirements
- 5+ years of applicable experience in educational technology program management.
- Demonstrated experience leading AI for education initiatives, including LLMs and adaptive learning.
- Proven track record working in international development and diverse cultural settings.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives.
- Experience leading capacity building for NGO staff or teachers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in developing evidence-based training programs and resources.
- Ability to travel internationally approximately 20-30% of the year.
- Master’s degree in International Development, Public Policy, EdTech, or related field (preferred).
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder collaborations involving CSR or NGOs (preferred).
- Familiarity with skilled volunteering models (preferred).
- Spanish language ability (a plus).
Responsibilities
- Lead technical assistance projects and advisory work to help NGOs implement AI in education.
- Design and deploy AI readiness assessments to evaluate NGO technical and pedagogical needs.
- Develop and facilitate training cohorts for NGO staff on using AI for teaching and learning.
- Manage end-to-end skilled volunteer projects, including scoping, selection, and delivery.
- Analyze program data to generate insights for reporting, planning, and impact assessment.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, volunteers, and global NGOs.
- Collaborate with regional hubs to share best practices and scale capacity development.
