Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience.
- Strong depth in identity security, credentials management, or access governance.
- Hands-on experience positioning AI-adjacent or AI-native security solutions.
- 3+ years managing PMMs directly, with a track record of developing talent.
- Ability to market complex technical products to diverse audiences, including CISO, IT leaders, and security engineers.
- Proven track record in competitive markets, specifically unseating incumbents or reframing categories.
- Deep understanding of AI agents and how they reshape identity and access security requirements.
- Working knowledge of developer toolchains such as IDEs, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD platforms.
- Strong narrative instincts and superior written communication skills.
- Experience shaping category-level narratives.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of product marketers, setting clear priorities and providing coaching to improve writing, thinking, and stakeholder management.
- Define the market narrative and GTM strategy for Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, and Device Trust.
- Produce high-quality sales enablement assets including discovery decks, battlecards, and objection-handling guides.
- Develop competitive intelligence and market leadership claims to differentiate 1Password in the cybersecurity space.
- Serve as the voice of the market to product leadership to influence prioritization and roadmap decisions.
- Build relationships with analysts and key influencers through bylines, talk tracks, and industry events.
