Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
- Experience building and delivering full-stack applications and legacy application modernization.
- Deep expertise across frontend, backend, cloud, and infrastructure layers.
- Experience designing production systems, making architecture decisions, and documenting tradeoffs.
- Proven experience with enterprise environments, distributed systems, and multi-cloud platforms.
- Strong programming skills across multiple languages and paradigms.
- Experience with CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, and observability.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and managed container platforms.
- Experience delivering AI-powered features in production, including LLM integrations, RAG, or agentic workflows.
- Regular use of AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Windsurf.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to travel approximately 25–50%.
Responsibilities
- Design solutions, make architecture decisions, and ensure engineering quality within your workstream.
- Architect and implement modernization strategies for legacy systems, including decomposing monoliths and developing APIs.
- Build full-stack, production-grade applications across frontend, backend, and enterprise systems.
- Write, review, and improve code while establishing strong engineering standards.
- Design scalable cloud-native architectures including event-driven systems and microservices.
- Integrate AI capabilities including LLM-powered workflows, RAG, and agent-based solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and delivery automation to enable reliable software releases.
- Lead and mentor a small team of engineers through planning and code reviews.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for client stakeholders.
