Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business strategy, business development, or management consulting within a SaaS or software environment.
  • Proven experience identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic technology partnerships.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate market opportunities and prioritize strategic initiatives.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop business cases, financial models, competitive analyses, and executive-level presentations.
  • Strong contract negotiation and partnership management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Technical aptitude with an interest in software platforms and emerging technologies.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, senior care, or acute care (strong asset).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic technology partnerships that support business growth within the senior care market.
  • Lead partnership opportunities from initial discovery and business case development through negotiation, agreement execution, and product launch.
  • Collaborate with product, corporate development, strategy, marketing, and go-to-market teams to define and execute partner-driven initiatives.
  • Structure and lead cross-functional projects to assess new business opportunities and deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Develop business cases, financial models, competitive analyses, market research, and strategic work plans to support partnership decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors, customers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements while ensuring alignment with business objectives and contractual requirements.
  • Represent the partnerships function during executive meetings with external partners and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate partnership documentation, pipeline activities, and relationship records using Salesforce.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities and strengthen market expertise.
