Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, sales operations, or business analytics within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
  • Equivalent experience from strategy consulting or investment banking focusing on technology or SaaS companies.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations fundamentals, including pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and quota allocation.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with experience building models and translating complex datasets into recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools, AI assistants, and automation workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex analysis to senior stakeholders.
  • Builder mindset with the ability to create structure and operate in ambiguous environments.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel, including complex modeling and formulas.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Omni, Tableau, or SQL.

Responsibilities

  • Own and enhance sales reporting infrastructure, including dashboards, data models, and recurring business reporting.
  • Analyze pipeline, forecasting, productivity, and revenue data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support end-to-end sales planning activities, including capacity modeling, territory strategy, and quota planning.
  • Drive forecasting processes by improving operating rhythms and analyzing performance indicators.
  • Apply AI tools and automation techniques to streamline workflows and improve sales effectiveness.
  • Manage high-impact business requests by structuring problems and delivering clear recommendations.
  • Partner with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations teams to align strategic priorities.
  • Build scalable processes and operational frameworks to enable data-driven decision-making.
