Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client services, technical program management, or delivery leadership.
- Proven experience owning client relationships and engagement outcomes.
- Ability to independently create and negotiate Statements of Work.
- Experience managing project budgets, financial metrics, and engagement profitability.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executives.
- Strong technical fluency to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
- Experience with complex technology products, IoT, or connected devices preferred.
- Background in electronics hardware, firmware, embedded systems, or product development preferred.
- Experience with contract manufacturers, pre-sales, or solutions engineering preferred.
- Ability to estimate project scope accurately.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and delivery workflows.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for multiple client engagements.
- Ensure engagements deliver measurable business value and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Monitor budgets, margins, project health, and financial performance indicators.
- Develop, write, and negotiate Statements of Work for new project phases.
- Identify and grow existing client relationships and contribute to sales activities.
- Maintain accountability for delivery scope, timeline, quality, and outcomes.
- Lead delivery rhythms, planning sessions, and stakeholder communications.
- Coach teams on client services best practices and expectation management.
