Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client services, technical program management, or delivery leadership.
  • Proven experience owning client relationships and engagement outcomes.
  • Ability to independently create and negotiate Statements of Work.
  • Experience managing project budgets, financial metrics, and engagement profitability.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executives.
  • Strong technical fluency to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
  • Experience with complex technology products, IoT, or connected devices preferred.
  • Background in electronics hardware, firmware, embedded systems, or product development preferred.
  • Experience with contract manufacturers, pre-sales, or solutions engineering preferred.
  • Ability to estimate project scope accurately.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for multiple client engagements.
  • Ensure engagements deliver measurable business value and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Monitor budgets, margins, project health, and financial performance indicators.
  • Develop, write, and negotiate Statements of Work for new project phases.
  • Identify and grow existing client relationships and contribute to sales activities.
  • Maintain accountability for delivery scope, timeline, quality, and outcomes.
  • Lead delivery rhythms, planning sessions, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coach teams on client services best practices and expectation management.
