Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field.
7+ years of experience managing technology-focused projects.
Proven experience with project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and team management skills.
Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, profitability, and billing.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing client relationships and third-party partners.
Ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or similar platforms (preferred).
Experience managing complex web development or eCommerce projects (plus).
Professional services, consulting, or agency experience (preferred).
Experience with JIRA, Mavenlink, or similar project management tools (beneficial).
PMP certification (plus).

Manage day-to-day project communications, expectations, and stakeholder relationships.
Facilitate project status meetings, provide progress updates, and prepare reporting.
Coordinate activities across internal teams, partners, and client stakeholders.
Create and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
Manage project scope, change requests, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through review and acceptance.
Track financial performance including budgets, revenue forecasts, and resource utilization.
Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
