Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience managing budgets, operational processes, and executive-level deliverables.
  • Strong financial understanding, including experience tracking ROI, investment value, or business outcomes.
  • Experience managing structured business processes such as recruiting operations, onboarding, or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling executive-ready materials.
  • Strong executive presence and judgment to determine priorities requiring senior leadership attention.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with limited direct resources.
  • Strong process discipline combined with creative problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Familiarity with product-oriented operating models and delivery processes.
  • Comfort adapting to organizational change and emerging technologies, including AI-driven transformation.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s degree in business, analytics, or a quantitative discipline preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance workflows is preferred.
  • Healthcare or insurance industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage capital and operating budgets, tracking investments, ROI, and value realization.
  • Develop financial narratives and reporting materials for budget reviews.
  • Establish and maintain operational rhythms, including leadership meetings and planning cycles.
  • Manage recruiting pipeline activities and onboarding processes for new team members.
  • Create executive-level presentations, leadership updates, and townhall materials.
  • Support planning processes by tracking goals, scorecards, and performance metrics.
  • Lead talent management processes, including talent reviews, calibrations, and engagement survey analysis.
  • Partner with operational leaders to improve collaboration across technology and analytics teams.
  • Identify operational challenges, remove blockers, and escalate critical issues.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and enhance leadership operations.
